I don't just stand around abusing people....

....well I mainly do that...but sometimes I try to fit some coaching in.

I thought I'd post this so we can all argue about it.

I really should pay more attention to my appearance and attire...I could shave and tuck my shirt in so my hairy gut isn't hanging out...but I can't see that happening any time soon.

I have seen some powerlifters who lift their head up during the press, do you know the logic behind it?

That is a pretty good arch you had considering how fawked up your back is. Oh, I forgot...your injuries are fictional as well.

hi will
with regards to this technique is this what you teachfor normal athletes or were you demonstrating the proper form for a powerlifter type bench?
would you ever you look at using this variation with a field sport player (eg the rugby or galleic guys)
Thanks again for your time

Most my athletes are either abnormal or sub normal...asides from that everyone learns to bench the same way. The people I was showing how to bench were 2 personal training clients starting their second week and 2 female rugby players starting their second month.

Absolutely...they all learn the same way.
